The program helps students obtain new skills, build connection, outreach to companies that don't operate in the region. They believe that borders should not be what prevent people from pursuing a better future career and make opportunities accessible.

They broaden horizons, expose them to new cultures and help them attune to the new remote working normal. They create global experiences through the power of the virtual world to make it available to more aspirants.

I think that it is important to provide access to high-impact learning experiences to all students. Ingenious Faces was able to provide this through virtual/remote internships.
